This service involves a thorough medical examination with a review of available medical records and diagnostic studies. A complete medical history is taken as well as a detailed report inclusive of specific observations as they relate to symptoms, complaints and medical information provided. The result of our review is a foundation for disposition of the claim by addressing specific issues pertaining to Worker's Compensation, Personal Injury, Family Medical Leave and Long Term Disability Claims.
