Once you have scheduled the exam, please send all correspondence and medical records to Access Medical Inc., as soon as possible. Receiving the medical records and cover letter at least two weeks before the scheduled date ensures that the physician is thoroughly prepared for the exam.
Cancellation PolicyIn the event that an examination needs to be canceled, we need to be notified in a timely manner. Our physicians need to be compensated for late cancellations, or in the event that the examinee does not attend the exam. Standard cancellation times are three (3) business days which can vary according to the state or the physician.
Cancellations are only accepted from the referring party. The claimant may not cancel the exam directly.
