At Access Medical,Inc. the guarantee starts at the beginning. When your cover letter and medical records reach our office, we review all information initially to insure all questions and concerns outlined are clearly understood before the information is forwarded to the medical expert. If a concern arises, you will be contacted to resolve the situation so that no time will be lost.

Before you receive your report, it is reviewed by our experienced staff to insure that all questions, issues and concerns have been addressed appropriately.

The Access promise is a close network of communication among You - Access Staff - and the Medical Expert.

The Referral Flow Sheet

1. Access Medical, Inc. receives a call from a valued referral source.
2. Access Medical assists in the selection of the appropriate physician by specialty and city location.
3. Access Medical coordinates the appointment date and time with referral source. Physician receives a copy of the confirmation letter sent to referral source and/or claimant (patient).
4. Access Medical is responsible for obtaining all records from the referral source, sorting and arranging file, reviewing with referral source (if necessary) the questions to be addressed in the IME.
5. Access Medical forwards file and any x-ray films to physician five working days in advance.
6. Physician conducts IME on scheduled exam date.
7. Physician dictates the report within 24 hours following the examination.
8. Suggestions, revisions, if any, faxed back within one day to physician.
9. Access Medical makes any changes/revisions to original report at the direction of medical expert.
10. Physician signs report and mails (or couriers back) report, medical records, x-rays, and signed WKC-16B to Access Medical, Inc.
11. Copy of report is placed in Access Medical file and original sent to referral source.
12. Time elapsed 7-10 days total.
